<3! Mmmm, Flinstone's vitamins... I wonder if I would OD if I blended them up in there? On a related note, I'm totally pitching this to my family the next time I see them as an alternative dessert with ice cream blended instead of yogurt - brilliance!

I have no idea what chard is, and not intention of finding out. I’m pretty sure you can get all of those good things from Flinstone’s vitamins anyway, and chocolate ice cream.
